3. Job Postings and Applications
3.1 Employer Responsibilities: Employers posting job vacancies on AmaJobs are responsible for providing accurate and lawful information. They must comply with all applicable labor laws, equal employment opportunity regulations, and privacy policies.
3.2 Job Seeker Responsibilities: Job Seekers applying for positions through AmaJobs must ensure that the information provided in their applications, resumes, and profiles is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Content Submission
4.1 Rights to Content: By submitting content to AmaJobs, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the submitted content for the purpose of providing our services. However, you retain ownership of your content.
4.2 Prohibited Content: Users must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, offensive, discriminatory, or infringing upon any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove such content and take appropriate actions against violators.
