Refund of Subscription (if applicable)
If you are unhappy with your subscription, please let us know. Our Refunds Policy gives you 30 days to refund any subscription purchased online with a valid receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

We will refund to you the price paid for the subscription. You will be refunded to your original method of payment within 14 calendar days of our receipt of the cancelled subscription or, if earlier, within 14 days from the day we receive proof of your cancellation request.
