Job Description

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the optimum administration of internal sales. In view of customer satisfaction, the correct handling of invoicing as well as payments for goods received is crucial in this role
Handling of the Sales Budget, Inventory and Debtors
 Provide an efficient and friendly customer service
 Produce invoices (COD and Accounts) , credit notes and quotations and purchase orders
 Keep sales and reception areas neat and tidy
 Trip sheet summaries
 General Office Administration
 Any Ad-hoc administration duties
 Any Ad-hoc duties given by the Branch Manager
 70% Sales
 30% Administration

Job Requirements

Grade 12  Telephonic sales knowledge  Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in an internal sales and administration position specifically to Trade Counter and Busy Sales Environment  Experienced in the handling customers via relationship building  Computer literate (Knowledge of Syspro or related package and advantage)  Experience in working with Microsoft Word & Excel  Thorough and accurate working ethics  English and Afrikaans fluency in speech and literacy  Excellent telephone communication skills in English and Afrikaans
