Contract Human Resources Business Partner

Job Description

Provide advice on labour related issues to management

Facilitate disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings

Assist management with all progressive disciplinary issues

Assist with preparation for CCMA cases and proper record management

Participate in workforce planning

Facilitate end-to-end recruitment and selection process within company

Job Requirements

A Degree or BTech qualification in Human Resources Management A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role Excellent Labour or employee relations background Knowledge of relevant labour legislation with specific reference to the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act
