Full-Time Group Manager: Human Resources Business Partnering
Group Manager: Human Resources (HR) Business Partnering (HRBP) who will pro-actively work with business to support the delivery of its strategic plan by developing, advising and aligning people strategy to organisational goals and help to create and maintain a high performing workforce. This position is based in Pretoria.
As Head of HRBP be accountable for building and leading a team of HRBP’s, developing their skills and capabilities to develop close working relationships with line managers and client groups to provide comprehensive and proactive HR Solutions, inputs and advice;
Proactively working with the business to support the delivery of its strategic plans by developing, advising and aligning people strategies to organisational goals and helping to create and maintain a high performing workforce;
Aligning HR Service Delivery and the People Strategy to ensure close alignment and drive business requirements through the development of HR Business Partnering Service Level Agreements;
Proactively working with the unit management and HRBP’s and introducing measures that will enable delivery on the HC performance indicators;
Act as a ‘gatekeeper’ between the business and HR operational services to ensure issues are being communicated and managed appropriately and the good reputation of HR is maintained and continuously improved;
Support the delivery and implementation of the organisation’s vision for the future, acting as a conduit between the HR and the business and providing HR related expertise and support as required;
Provide advice to Executive Director’s on the business plans from a people strategy perspective;
Provide ongoing oversight of programmes to ensure delivery against objectives, time scales and continued alignment of programme plan;
Take the lead on designing and implementing HRBP model;
Provide consultative commentary on HR management information reports;
Achievement and improvement of organisational BBBEE and Transformation targets;
Ensure leadership is provided to the organisation on regulatory and Human Capital related governance matters to ensure compliance with legislation and good corporate practices;
Ensure consultation with the leadership team to interpret the strategic needs of the organisation and develop and implement an appropriate policy framework to meet these needs.
