Job Description

Provide secretarial services to the MD
Provide receptionist service to the MD
Accurately record and communicate messages and manage e-mail replies correspondence
Book and coordinate all functions, activities and presentation of the MD
Administrative efficiency and effectiveness

Provide high quality administrative support to the MD
Plan, organise and coordinate events, meetings and other engagement
Manage information and ensure an appropriate filling system
Arrange and book accommodation travel, meals equipment and invitations for the meetings, workshop and conferences
