Contract Executive Assistant

Job Description

Organise and co-ordinate internal and external meetings, workshops and conferences
Take minutes at meetings, produce comprehensive reports and follow-up on resolutions
Manage the Executive: Company’s diary and travel arrangements
Control documentation to ensure easy access, traceability and comprehensive record keeping of all documentation
Safekeeping of all confidential files and other sensitive information or correspondence
Assist in all administrative matters to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the Executives:
Provide personal assistance to the Executive: with a 24-hour turnaround time on execution and feedback
Conduct research for the Executive: as and when required
Participate in all activities related to the implementation and/or maintenance of the SAWS TQM system.
Provide leadership and support to all Office Administrators providing services to offices reporting to the Executive:

Job Requirements

Execute any other duties commensurate with the role An appropriate degree in Office Administration or related qualification with matching diploma or other higher education qualification A minimum of seven years’ relevant executive assistant experience Excellent computer skills including ability to specify requirements and to develop specifications (MS Package) Valid Driver’s License with own reliable transport is essential.
