Job Description

Talent Management and Development:

Personal development in high level overview of what the company is selling and business concepts.

Ensure that all administration such as annual leave, sick leave, overtime and expense claims are completed correctly in line with Group Policies.

Complete annual staff satisfaction surveys.

Complete annual staff performance appraisals and assessments.

Stakeholders (Internal and External):

Foster and improve customer relationships.

Foster and improve internal staff relationships.

Operational Performance:

Upholding strict and effective SHEQ (including ISO 9001) measures within the business ensuring that staff meets the requirements of relevant legislation and Group Policies in this regard at all times. Ensure that if there are internal or external escalations that the escalations happen as quick as possible and with all relevant information

Growth and Profitability:

Ensure that all tasks performed re done within required time, accurate and as soon as possible

Identify where cost savings can be implemented
Foster and improve customer relationships

Job Requirements

ost matric financial courses essential. Independent worker. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Computer literate: MS Office & Advanced Excel. Experience with Financial packages. Netsuite experience is an advantage. Ability to translate data into meaningful management information would be an added advantage. Self-motivated. Problem solving skills. Accuracy Stress tolerant Team player Sense of urgency Deadline driven NQF Level 6, minimum 240 credits equates to a Diploma or National Diploma with Math and/or Accounting is an added advantage Leadership skills. Integrity. Communication skills. Initiative. Analytical skills. Proactive.
