Full-Time Data Management Specialist
Experience manipulating data with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access essential.
Consistently clean, analyse and maintain large volumes of data.
Maintaining the CRM Package
Data Capturing within a minimum daily target and defined accuracy of work
Supervision and checking of data captures and ensuring work standards are maintained
Preparation and sending of the mailshots
Any other Training Co-ordinator / Data Capture related Job functions
Performing training related administration & co-ordination
General office administration
Any Ad Hoc duties such as stock take, shop sales, reception duties, answering of telephones and washing dishes etc.
Job RequirementsMatric Any Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access related courses / qualifications. SQL qualification Minimum of 3 years working experience, of which 2 should have been in a similar role. Previous supervisory experience beneficial Own cell phone Highly computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel (advanced) Microsoft Access for data manipulation would be beneficial. Experience in SQL an advantage. Good Oral communication skills Good Written communication skills
