Full-Time Data Capture
The job may include the following responsibilities:
Experience manipulating data with Microsoft Excel
Maintaining the CRM Package
Data Capturing within a minimum daily target and defined accuracy of work
Preparation and sending of the mailshots
Any other Training Co-coordinator / Data Capture related Job functions
Performing training related administration & co-ordination
General office administration
Dealing with Unsubscribes
Reception and switchboard Duties
Answering & screening of incoming telephones calls in order to transfer to the appropriate person.
Any Ad Hoc duties such as stock take, shop sales, answering of telephones and washing dishes etc.
Job RequirementsMatric Competent in MS Excel Minimum of 3 years working experience, of which 2 should have been in a similar role.
