Contract Assistant Project Coordinator

Job Description

Telecommunications Company is looking to employ an Assistant Project Coordinator on a 12 months renewable contract to start immediately

Creating IE101’s (Contract Payment Certificate Record) as per site
• Updating SAP Invoicing Template
• Updating and calling off sites in IPM (work package and site alignment)
• Compiling invoice document packages and sending them off to various regions
• Uploading invoicing documents on Telkom’s BPM tool
• Accepting Appointment Letters in BPM and loading on BPM
• Liaison with Telkom on outstanding invoicing
• General filing and updating the database
• Ensuring a high level of quality and accuracy in the created documents
• Supporting the team to ensure optimal service delivery
• Assisting the team to achieve the full quota of transactions across Purchase Orders,
• Quotations and Invoices

Job Requirements

• Matric • Relevant Qualification • Project assistant administration experience • Telecommunication Experience • Must Have worked on BPM/SAP/IE101 • Contract Renewable
