Reporting to the HOD, Electricity Licensing
Compliance and Dispute Resolution
Responsible for recording the receipt of licences and track progress on their processing
Assisting with collection of information on Electricity industry
Arranging and coordinate internal and external meeting of the department
Providing information to assist internal and external clients on Electricity matters
Administering of requisitions books and following up to ensure that invoices are processed
Arranging travel and related arrangements for staff in the department
Following up on submissions and letters send to chief Executive Officer
Administering of leave and providing information related to the department
Assisting with the general administrative duties as and when requested

Job Requirements

Matric Administrative or Secretarial Diploma 3 years working Experience in the office environment
